Most rental rates are for a 24 hour day, single day event. As a courtesy, if available, we allow pick up of party equipment the day before your event and return the day after.
We require that all glassware, flatware, dishes, cookware, etc. be washed before repacking in original cartons. Items returned dirty are subject to a cleaning charge.
Silver should be washed in mild soapy water. Do no use cleaners or polishes on silver. Do not use sharp knives on silver trays. Cut food before placing on trays.
By terms of the rental agreement, J.C. Ross Inc., d/b/a Ross Rental Station is "To be held harmless from any liability from use of the equipment".
