Instructions for Shake Serve Single Bowl Machine

HOW TO OPERATE

A full batch will require two UPOURIA packets or 1/2 frostline® packets. Mix each packet with 1/2 gallon of cold water. Before pouring in mixture, check to make sure the clear plastic vat is in the proper position. During transport the vat may become dislodged from it's proper position and the contents could leak out. Pour mixed contents into the machine. Put the lid on the machine. The machine will not operate without the lid in place. A full batch will make Forty 3.5 ounce servings. It may take up to 2 hours for desired consistency.

This product draws 5.6 amps. Make sure you use an adequate power source.

Turn on main power "green" switch. Put first black switch (auger spin) to the "I" position.

For Shake serve, put the second and third black toggle switches to the “I” position.(the “II” position is for thinner shake) for thicker consistency, increase temperature setting with arrow buttons. Setting can go from 1 to 16, 16 being the coldest.
